How to participate in the competition

The Future Star Series is an open competition.

All amateur players who meet the age eligibility requirements stated in each event’s regulations are welcome to register.

(*Future Star members have priority registration privileges.)

Steps for Registering in the Series

Registration:

  1. Visit the official website and select the desired event from the Series List.

  2. Download the event regulations and carefully read all related information.

  3. Confirm the player’s age and eligibility.

  4. Click on the Registration System and fill out the required registration forms.

  5. Verify the registration fee and complete payment via bank transfer or credit card.

  6. Fill out and submit the payment confirmation form.

  7. The organizing committee will review and confirm your registration information and payment.

  8. A confirmation email will be sent once registration is successful.

  9. After completing registration, join the official Future Star LINE group to stay updated on event announcements.

Pre-Competition Preparation

  1. Before the competition, players and parents should plan their participation schedule, including training arrangements with personal coaches and meal and accommodation plans.

    (For national tournaments, accommodations may be available at the host golf course’s hotel for participating players.)

    • Check information on practice day booking methods, fees, and caddie arrangements.

    • Review yardage information, grouping lists, and tee-off times and locations before the event.

On the Competition Day

  1. Arrive at the venue and complete check-in procedures at the registration counter within the designated time stated in the event regulations. Pay any green fees if applicable.

  2. Visit the tournament notice board to read all announcements, including local rules and important updates.

    Discuss with parents or accompanying coaches to adjust plans according to the event’s schedule.

  3. Familiarize yourself with the practice area rules and practice green regulations before starting practice.

  4. Before tee-off, proceed to the assigned tee box as announced.

    • Confirm your name with the starter, collect your scorecard,

    • Confirm your competition ball with fellow players, and

    • Receive refreshments or supplies as provided.

  5. During play, respect the referees’ decisions, follow golf etiquette, maintain a proper pace of play, and accurately record your scores on the scorecard.

  6. In case of any rules disputes, immediately notify volunteers or staff to call a referee.

  7. After finishing the round, go to the score submission area to submit your scorecard.

    • Review and confirm both your own and your group’s scores.

    • Sign the card before submission.

    • Once you leave the score submission area, the score is final and cannot be changed.

  8. After submitting scores, players may freshen up and return home.

    Continue to check the official event website for:

    • Published results,

    • Grouping lists for the next round,

    • Tee times, and

    • Any last-minute announcements to ensure smooth participation.
